  • “HELP” – Provides customer support contact details.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in by texting “START” or re-enrolling via our website.  You will receive the opt-out message stating ‘You have unsubscribed from Horizon Clinical Research.  No further messages will be sent’

11.  Message frequency disclosure

  • Once you have opted-in for messaging, we will never send group texts.  SMS messaging is used for direct contact between our staff and yourself.
  • The frequency of messages will vary based on the study you have selected, the frequency of visits, and the complexity of the message being communicated.
  • This could be from zero (0) messages a month to up to 5-6 messages if needed.
